All our toothed blades have ground teeth, never filed like some others. We can provide V-Tooth, Scalloped Tooth, Serrated Tooth and Zig Zag Knives. We know the very tip of the teeth is very critical to the performance of the knife so we use special guards to protect the teeth from any damage.

Toothed knives are most often made in Carbon or Stainless Steel to reduce the chance of teeth breaking. To increase the wear resistance we often coat our knives with Titanium Nitrite (TIN) or Tungsten Carbide.
