Precision Sharpening
Many shops can re-sharpen your knives, but why send them to someone who does this as a sideline. When you send your knives back to us for sharpening, we use the same equipment and experienced operators that manufactured the knives originally. This guarantees you a new cutting edge while maintaining the temper and material structure of the steel. Improper sharpening by garage shops can actually increase your costs, and even result in catastrophic failure.
Cutting Solutions
If you are experiencing premature wear or edge failure (chipping), we will work with you to find a solution. Our 35 years of experience combined with our state of the art heat treatment facility allows us to quickly make adjustments to material hardness or even zone harden specific problem areas. Our knowledge of knife materials and design is unsurpassed and we offer this to all of our customers.
JIT Service
Our Blanket/Warehouse agreements allow you to make an annual purchase and receive your blades on a set or custom release schedule. No more calling multiple vendors or sweating deliveries; we hold your blades in stock and ship as required leaving you free to tackle more important issues.
All High Performance Series Knives are machined from forged bars, Vacuum hardened and double tempered to ensure the best possible performance.
