Plastic Extrusion Cut-Off Blades

We are a major manufacturer of knives to cut off tubes, rods, straws, profiles and other extruded materials. We supply some OEM's and know them all well: Gatto (Conair) Accufly, Versa, Goodman, RDN; we also make blades for many large Plastic Extrusion firms.

We produce these blades in thickness from .010" to .062", as needed. We use knife materials such as Blue Tempered Spring Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, Powdered Metals, and even Tungsten Carbide! Our Sales Engineers will be able to take your production information and suggest a material and thickness that can improve your cutting performance and extend the life of the blades! While we have many blades in stock, these knives are used in a great variation of sizes and materials and thus most must be custom made. With this in mind we have developed a special production process for these blades so we can custom make blades in just a matter of days!

Here is a list of some of the some of the OEM names and sizes of blades we have produced. We have left off the thickness as this needs to be matched to your application and can easily be varied, as needed:
